Firstly let me apologise for being late publishing this post to you. I have had a creative month! In order to do that I had to take my eye off the ball, I had to throw a few pieces up into the air and see where they landed. I gave myself permission to not keep up with everything.

The weather has been better, I have been better and I have been stepping in to flow. This month I discuss how that happened for me and suggest ways you can find your flow.

Milo who is not allowed on the table!!

Spring is a great time to feel the growth and a sense of the new. I think that’s why we as creatives like buying supplies, or doing a course, as it opens up the potential for new ways of working and making new pathways forwards.

For a while my path has been a little wild (hence creating this Substack which helps keep me grounded and unpicks why we sometimes lose our way). This month I have found that I like that bit of wild and unexpected. I have adjusted to it and it feels less brutal now. I am rolling with change and embracing the new.
