Thanks Gabriela. It was a way of finding some sustenance and meaning in the grey days of late winter. I reminded myself that it can't be bright and sunny all the time and that I would quickly tire of that!
I'm in the midst of a long and hot summer, and longing for the cooler, softer days of Autumn, but, yes, we need all the seasons to appreciate the differences in light and shade and energy they bring.
