Yes, it has resonated. Nourishment....looking closely, keeping momentum with a regular time to practice, walking ....trying not to overwhelm myself...simplifying my days.

Lovely post. Really enjoyed the poem. We have a huge flock of geese that fly over our house at this time of year. It grows bigger and noisier as more birds join. I love the changing of seasons, the beautiful jewel colour of autumn leaves. In my art practice I find myself slowing down and gentle crafts like embroidery get picked back up.
